The flat lies next to the Krakow Royal Route which leads from Wawel Castle to the Main Market Square. The whole area is a restricted car traffic zone, so it’s relatively quiet despite the pedestrian zone heaving with tourists in the summer. Just opposite the tenement gate, there’s a lovely lunch stop called “Miód i Malina”, dishing out Polish and international food. Just around the corner, the 13th century building on Grodzka street is home to an exquisite “Pod Aniołami” restaurant, definitely worth recommending. Their unique shop with traditional polish delicacies is a must!
